Trade with Izreal-Foofuraw by Raezing16 Trade with Izreal-Foofuraw by Raezing16
Finally, finally, FINALLY I have finished this. This is my half of a trade with izreal-foofuraw, and is a scene from one of her books. I really enjoyed this trade, once I had time free from my AP studio art, and LOVE her characters, from what I've read of them.

Watercolor on watercolor paper...which is so much easier then on lousy paper...

All characters belong to :iconizreal-foofuraw:

My favorite bit the blonde girl's expression i think it's spot on even though i'm not sure what's happening (telling a story? magic trick?) Hair looks amazing as usual. My only crit would be that two of the hands look blotchy but the other hands show that you know what you were doing.

One question: How big was the paper you used?

If your curious its a bit of both, the magic trick involves the guy in purple getting lit on fire with the addition of some alcohol. ;) I agree it is a rather perfect expression they all turned out really nicely.

Thanks! I completely agree about the hands...the paper was slightly smaller then a quarter sheet of watercolor paper, so I was working with very limited space and didn't use the best detail brush at first...oops!

I was just so used to sarah's tiny paintings so i was curious about the size, the smaller the more impressive your face must've been an inch away when you were working wow!

I honestly have no idea how Sarah got such detailed work with her paintings! It's hard!
