A City in the Sky by Raezing16 A City in the Sky by Raezing16
Okay, I'll just ask it out front, what movie/book/whatever-else does this remind you of, because every person that's seen this so far has said that it reminds them of something or another.

I figured that, even if it is some futuristic society or steampunk world, there are still going to be people that are as clumsy as I am, hence having netting on the edge of the bridges and walkways. Strung directly above the bridges I imagined there would be orb-like lamps that would provide light during storms or when it's dark out for those that are in charge of mending the balloons or the rigging between domes.

Watercolor and pen and ink (again)

If I have some spare time on my hands, I want to do a nighttime version of this...heh, spare time, that's a joke right now.

Hey, it wasn't my thing until about a month ago, so my theory is just that practice makes perfect, and I'd love to give you some tips.

Thanks! I haven't seen Waterworld, but from what I've been hearing, it sounds really cool...yet another movie to add to my list of movies to rent once I have the time.

Okay, I just got some awesome news...I GOT A GOLD KEY IN SCHOLASTICS!!! *breaths deeply* All right, calm now, but I literally just found out and it just made this week go from awful finals to something good.

I don't really know, I was waiting for the computer so that I could register for scholastics and this just popped into my head.

Yay for Treasure Planet!!! I loved that movie when I was little...it was the first DVD I ever owned too...
